Our facility is home-based and is located in the northeast section of the city of Philadelphia.  Our facility provides your children a happy, home environment and a safe, fun early childhood developmental program.  
Our family child care business is based on the belief that children should have a faith-based background as a solid foundation for spiritual growth and children should feel safe, happy and experience open and honest communication.
Arrows Just Soaring LLC recognize and invite the participation of all people, not discriminating on any basis in the administration of our programs.
If you choose to enroll your child in our program there is a non-refundable registration fee due upon completion of the Enrollment Packet to hold your child’s space for two weeks.
Arrows Just Soaring LLC accepts private pay families and families utilizing subsidy programs for payment.  Weekly fees vary depending upon child’s age.

2 Months to 24 months $300.00 weekly
25 Months to 36 months $300.00 weekly
37 Months to 6 years $300.00 weekly

Your weekly fee entitles you to five days of care per week for your child Monday thru Friday.
If your child participates in another program (for example dancing, piano, sports) and is absent from the child care program you will be charged because your child’s space will be reserved at that time.
Our child care hours are 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Late fees will be assessed five minutes after your scheduled pick up at $2.00 per minute a parent is late.
